1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases of The Transformation Blueprint (Creator Edition and Agency Pro Edition) and of wall-art prints from Structura Visuals, [name, address].

2. What you receive

  • Creator Edition: the course manual (PDF, Modules 1–3 and 6), the printable workbook, the Prompt Library and access to the interactive member area.
  • Agency Pro Edition: everything in Creator, plus Modules 4 and 5, the lead-list script, the pipeline tracker (Excel), outreach scripts (EN/DE), client agreement templates (EN/DE), a monthly report template and the white-label capture checklist (EN/DE).

Checkout runs on Wix's secure payment pages, where you create your member account. Access starts right after payment: log in to your member area to follow the lessons and download your full bundle. Prices are one-time payments; applicable VAT is shown at checkout. Third-party software (for example CapCut, AI generators, music libraries) is not included and is subject to its own terms and prices.

3. Licence

  • Creator Edition: a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own content and portfolio. Not for paid client work.
  • Agency Pro Edition: a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials, templates and scripts for your own content and to deliver paid work to your own clients, including giving clients the documents you produce with the templates.
  • Under either licence, you may not resell, share or republish the course materials themselves, or share your member-area login.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right expires once delivery begins, provided you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged this at checkout (§ 356(5) BGB).

5. First-Client Proof guarantee (voluntary)

Independently of statutory rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If, after following Modules 2 and 3, you were not able to produce a structurally locked 9:16 transformation reel, send us a message through our contact form within 14 days of purchase, with a link to your practice attempt. We refund 100% of the purchase price within 14 days of your request. One refund per customer; your licence ends with the refund.

6. No earnings guarantee

Prices, retainer figures and targets in our materials are examples. We make no guarantee of income or client acquisition; results depend on your market, skills and effort.

7. AI visuals and your responsibility

Showcase images on this site are AI-generated demonstrations. You are responsible for using the methods, tools and outreach channels taught in the course in line with applicable law and third-party terms — including AI labelling duties, data protection, unsolicited-marketing rules and image rights in your country. Legal notes in the course are general orientation, not legal advice.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Wall-art prints

Posters are physical goods printed to order by our print partner and shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Prices, shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day you receive the goods; to use it, send us a clear statement through our contact form. If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
