1. Controller
Structura Visuals, [name, address], email [email]. See the Impressum.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, browser, pages requested) is processed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Wix is based in Israel, a country with an EU adequacy decision.
3. Fonts
We load web fonts from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), a GDPR-focused EU provider that does not log or store visitor IP addresses for this service.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our own site code sets no tracking or advertising cookies. To keep you logged in, remember your cart and run checkout, the site stores technically necessary session data in your browser (local storage and cookies set by Wix), which does not require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Your course checklist progress is saved only in your own browser. If we add analytics or marketing tools later, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
5. Contacting us
When you use our contact form, the details you enter (name, email, company, topic, message) are stored by Wix.com Ltd. on our behalf and shown to us in our Wix dashboard and inbox. A contact record is created so we can reply. We use the data solely to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete it when no longer needed, unless retention is legally required.
5a. Member accounts
To access a course you create a member account with your name, email address and a password. The account is run by Wix (Wix Members) on our behalf and is used to check which edition you own and to let you log in (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Purchases
Course and shop orders are processed through Wix's checkout (Wix.com Ltd.) and the payment provider you choose there (for example Wix Payments or PayPal), which receive the data needed to complete your purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For wall-art orders, your name and shipping address are passed to our print-on-demand partner so it can produce and ship your print. Invoices are retained as required by tax law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us through our contact form or by email at [email].
